I think どツボ means that the commenter really liked it. Youth language is sometimes hard to comprehend.

Unluckily, the (his skin? in the)photo/picture is rough and dry

画means絵. But I do not use 画like this by itself. I usually use it like 絵画、画面、etc. This seems like a comment from a teenager on a facebook. (I am guessing).
どつぼっす=どつぼにはまる=運がわるい
I am wondering if the N company is a cosmetic company.
