English term (edited): reference monitor speaker

monitor de referência is right, if the word is relating to the small speakers that the producers and DJs have on their mixtables. They are called this way because they all have "flat sound" frequency, don't modify or change any frequency of it's sound like the common speakers (which can have a more bass, more gain and etc.).
