filintegrationer

Swedish to English Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology)
I think it is the plural nature of this word which is confusing me. Looking on Google, however, "filintegrationer" seems quite widely used within a number of contexts. "File integrations" less so in English.

Any suggestions most welcome as this is due to be returned early in the morning!

Context here:

"Nystart eller flytt av befintliga filintegrationer"

"Bolaget har genomfört filintegrationer med olika intressenter sedan tidigt 90-talet."

Cheers Deane Thanks for your patience in this Deane - you have more than I do!

I have just submitted with the translations as:

"Start-up of a new, or transfer of an existing file integration"

"The company has conduct file integration projects with various partners since the early 1990s."

Together with a note regarding the term, and that glossary creation for future projects would be worthwhile.

yes, file integration seems to be what they are talking about, tho you have to work around the plural. I couldn't resist, after sleeping on it, here is a link (if you haven't already seen it ... http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q="file integration" + ... The fun part here is that is seems to be tech guys explaining to politicians ... "you put one foot in front of the other, and ..."
