I am actually translating from Finnish into Russian and the Finnish term is "valmiusyhtymä".
The term "readiness unit" seems to be in use in English. There are three of these units in Finnish Army, and they are actually brigades.
I feel that "боеготовое соединение" hints of 'too much of readiness'.

They are more mobile and more heavily armed than the ordinary jaeger brigades, and have a higher proportion of regular to reservist personnel; there is one readiness brigade for each of Finland's 3 territorial commands.
