possiblу a mangled variant of сука - bitch / SOB
I say this because in colloquial Russian the vowel у in сука, even though it's supposed to be stressed, is sometimes mangled into a generalized vowel or even virtually inaudible. If I had to transcribe it, I might write "ссcка" or something close.
It could also be a simple misspelling.

It could be the writer's pet word, an intentional misspelling. This fad came about in the Russian Internet about 8-9 years but is now on the decline. You may have heard of padonki or 'Albanian' Russian -- that's it. Of course, some people just can't spell anyway.

: "bitch" if addressed to a woman. "bastard", if adressed to a man. It can also be used as an interjection, not being addressed to anybody, in this case it's "shit" or anything appropriate.
