Что касается актов, принятых третейскими судами, в том числе и МКАС, то в силу добровольного характера их исполнения действующее законодательство не предусматривает возможность применения мер ответственности за неисполнение подобных актов. Сказанное не означает, что добровольный характер исполнения актов третейских судов оставляет решение вопроса об их исполнении исключительно на усмотрение сторон третейского разбирательства.
