My problems:
a) type II collagen-induced, arthritis - does this comma really belong here or should this read type II collagen-induced arthritis

or b) are all these diseases type II collagen-induced

In either case, it is my understanding, that the immune system confuses the type II collagen with an intruder and attacks and/or destroys the collagen, thus causing arthritis in the joint. (Thus I think there should not be a comma between collagen-induced and arthritis).
