"The Supplier will ensure that it and its personnel will comply with all relevant XXX provisions and codes of practice of XXX as set out on XXX website including without limit, its standard security and health and safety requirements as applicable, copies of which are available on request.

If Deliverables do not conform to the requirements set out in clauses Y and Z above (“Non-Conformance”) and without prejudice to XXX other rights and remedies which XXX may have, including without limitation the right to charge the Supplier the administrative charges set out on XXX website, the Supplier will promptly replace or, where appropriate, repair or rectify any such Non-Conformance at its own expense within 30 days of receipt of written notice of Non-Conformance."
