Asker: Thanks. The context makes it clear that the passage is bout aircraft, not artillery. The text concerns the Chechen conflict in the year 200. Could this be an abbreviation of some air force unit specific to that operation (by analogy with "Объединенная Группа Войск")? There is nothing in the text suggesting that "special" air forces were involved.
