There is a fee of €50 to request a Certificate of Current Professional Status and an additional €15 for each additional certificate. Please allow a minimum of five working days from the date of receipt of your written request and fee for your application to be processed. Processing is carried out in a strict date order. You must make a written request to the Council by completing the request form. The request form can be downloaded from the panel on the top right hand side of this page. The certificate will be issued within 10 working days. A Certificate of Current Professional Status (CCPS) is issued to professionals who are currently registered with the GDC and who wish to register in another country to practise their profession. This certificate WAS PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS A CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING. (CGS).
