In the cartoon, Firat is praying & his prayer, in the first balloon, goes like this:-
allam işalla dügüne kadar biyigim çikar sübhaneke amin!
In the small balloon at the bottom of the cartoon he says:-
yarın mı ki acaba?
What does biyiim/biyiğim çikar mean here? Remove my moustache? But why? He doesn't have one!

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I like the prayer type formula which this answer provides. It is not literal as are the rest:- of them, Atil's appeals to me the most. However, as usual, all contributions do help me. Perhaps more literally a child's prayer might sound thus:- please let my moustache grow. Thanks to all, as ever."

sprout my beard

My understanding is that he is still very young - too young to produce a beard yet, and also very young to marry. It is a metaphor for growing up and maturing.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Salih YILDIRIM : Beard is Sakal and Moustache is Bıyık?

Oops! You are right. My explanation of the metaphorical meaning stands, though.

my beard will grow

He does not have a beard at the present. He is hoping (!) that his beard will grow by tomorrow, which is of course unrealistic. Then again, he is only a child.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Salih YILDIRIM : Bıyık: Moustache olduğundan, bdeard: Sakal değil mi?

My moustache grows

IMO
Peer comment(s):

disagree Kim Metzger : Simple present tense would be grammatically incorrect here. You'd need present continuous or future.
