Spanish term
PARA TOMAR Y DAR DINERO A INTERESES:
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Power of Attorney
This is the heading of one of the clauses of an irrevocable 60 day power of attorney, the clause goes on to read:
Para que tome a nombre de la poderdante o de dar cuenta de él, dinero en mutuo y estipule las tasas a interés y a plazo fijo, ya en forma de crédito flotante.
My doubt is whether the person has the power both to borrow and lend, initially I thought it was just to lend given the phrase "dinero en mutuo" but now I am not so sure.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
