: Par le sablage dans l'atelier voisin, en fait grit peut être du sable, de l'abrasif de divers grains, des perles de verre, mais pas de la grenaille

si c'est sur la carène cela s'appelle over spray et cela augment la rugosité (il y avait des pénalités pour rugosité excessive après carénage)

This short extract sounds like an evaluation of a potential acquisition target.
Someone is considering investing in this "XXX Superyachts" company (buying shares or maybe simply buying the whole company) and is talking of the valuation / the price to be paid for that company, i.e. about what is increasing the valuation of the company (Good facility and infrastructure) and what is knocking down the price (nuisance from the next door business, poor management etc...).
The suffering entity is the price tag attached to this company, i.e. the value of its shares.
