Dałbym dosłownie, ze wskazaniem na formę dopełniaczową ["podgłośni"] - zapewne to rzadkie schorzenie (termin angielski też ma małą liczbę wystąpień - trochę więcej bez łącznika jako "subglottic granuloma", choć też przeważnie nieanglosaskie), dlatego nie ma go w sieci.
Propozycja na wzór istniejących w sieci terminów "rak podgłośni" i (rzadziej) "rak podgłośniowy".

Można rozważyć tłumaczenie nieco opisowe: ziarniniak (w) okolicy podgłośniowej.
