Serbian to English Social Sciences Tourism & Travel agencies

First just to clarify - I am aware that Serbian refers to "emisivne/emitivne" and "receptivne" turističke agencije. These are often translated as "incoming" and "outgoing" - wrongly I believe, it should in fact be "inBOUND" and "outBOUND".

However, although we do also encounter "receptive travel agencies" in English, the equivalent expression "emissive" (emitting?) does NOT seem to exist. Is there another expression in English, other than "outbound", that would be opposite to "receptive"?
