There are two things that you can suffer as a result of negligence: a financial loss, or physical damage/injury. In English, the line between the two is very blurred, just as "danni" and "pregiudizi" basically mean the same thing.
Strictly speaking "loss and/or damage" is a bit of a tautology. However, this is the nearest equivalent if you want to translate four Italian words into four English ones.

: "Detriment" sounds a bit odd to me. Most of the Google hits for "losses and detriment" were either very old or from the Indian subcontinent.
