The Claimant claims interest, pursuant to section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984, in respect of all past losses and expenses at the ***special account rate*** for the full period of the loss until trial or earlier settlement and in respect of the damages for pain, suffering and loss of amenity, and at the rate of 2% from the date of the service of these proceedings until trial or earlier settlement.
