In cazul repatrierilor persoanelor de nationalitate romana care executa sentinte in Marea Britanie, statul care a emis hotararea judecatoreasca/sentina se numeste "issuing state" iar statul care o va pune in aplicare "executing state.

"The sentenced person is in the issuing State and must be transferred to the executing State"

"The executing state is the state of nationality of the sentenced person in which he ir she lives, to which the sentenced person will be deported, once he or she lives..."

measures involving deprivation of liberty for the purpose of their enforcement in the European
