If any dispute of any kind whatsoever shall arise between the Owner and the Operator, in connection with or arising out of this Contract, including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, any question regarding its existence, validity, termination, or execution and whether before or after the termination, Abandonment or breach of this Contract ("Dispute"), the Parties shall seek to resolve the Dispute by mutual consultation. If the Parties fail to resolve the Dispute by mutual consultation within 30 (thirty) Days after notice of the Dispute by one Party to the other Party then the provisions of Clause 32.6 shall apply unless the subject matter of such Dispute is required referred to a Panel of Experts under Clause 32.2 in which case the provisions of Clause 32.2 shall apply. 如果在收到一方向另一方发出的通知后30（三十）天内双方未能通过互相协商解决争议，则第32.6条的规定应适用。全部句子该如何解释？
