I, the undersigned.... domiciled in Gorgota commune, ..., identified with issued by Local Community Personal Register Public Service Ploiești, ..., under the sanctions provided by art. 292 of the Penal Code for false in declarations, declare on my own responsibility that since 01.07.2012 and till present I could not find a job according to my professional training and in all this time I have lived together with my wife at the domicile address, where I have developed activities with agricultural profile, harvesting vegetables, cereals and other such products and valuing the results of their cultivation.
I give this declaration being necessary to the compentent bodies, respectively The Embassy of Canada in Bucharest.
Drawn up, typed and authenticated by Notary Public Office .. from Ploiești Municipality, today, the date of the authentication, in an original copy and a duplicate of this one which is kept in the archive of the notary public and a duplicate which is issued to the party.
