sostituirei anche il termine "garantire" con "migliorare" che mi sembra più fedele al testo di partenza. Inoltre mi sembra che l'obbiettivo del 79% sia da "raggiungere"e non ottenuto al momento della stesura del testo. Ecco una proposta:
"Al tempo stesso, dobbiamo ridurre gli inventari. Dobbiamo provvedere all'inventario in modo da migliorare la qualità del servizio offerto ai nostri clienti. Al momento, dobbiamo riuscire ad ottenere il 79% di affidabilità sulle consegne in uscita dalla ditta, obbiettivo lungi dall'essere raggiunto."
