11.1 All specifications, standards, formulae, prescriptions, recipes, processes, production methods, information, advice and all further data communicated to a Party (the "Receiving Party") by or on behalf of the other Party (the "Disclosing Party") and all documents relating to the same and copies (digitally or otherwise) made thereof (the "Information") by the Receiving Party or its representatives or agents shall at all times be the property of the Disclosing Party. 11.1由另一方或代表另一方（ “披露方”） 传达给一方（“接收方” ）的所有规格、标准、配方、处方、秘诀、工艺、制作方法、信息和咨询，以及由接收方或其代表或代理人做出的相同和副本（数字或其他方式）有关的所有文件（ “资料”）应在任何时候均为披露方的财产。
