Idiom
"#agzimaagzimavurun hashtagından takip edebilirsiniz beni." This is an email I received from a friend, showing the Turkish 'abominations' we can find on twitter; I find it difficult to understand. I get the meaning: 'knock the shit out of me, you can follow me via hashtag' but that is probably very much off the mark.

smack me right in the mouth/face
The British and English speaking countries rather hit the face then the mouth specifically.. that is what I think anyway...

Comment: "This is spot on though no one seems to know if it is an idiom, which makes me think that Ati's explanation is the correct one. This translation has the most peer agreement."

Punch my mouth
Since it is just a hashtag, it does not have to be meaningful.
Discussion
However, the following explanation may be worth considering:
"Yanakları yanlardan bir elle sıkıp ortaya çıkan dudak bölgesine "pıt" sesi çıkartacak şekilde vurmaktır."
