I'm not sure how "en la diferencia entre el valor neto contable actual" fits with the bit that comes before it.
Is there a word missing somewhere or does it mean that the depreciation base is increased BY the current net book value?

"La deuda tributaria generada en YYY quedaría neutralizada con la menor tributación que la compra originaría en ZZZ **al incrementarse la base de los (type of vehicles), en la diferencia entre el valor neto contable actual** de los mismos en YYY y su precio de compra, considerado a ambas sociedades como una sola."
I'm not sure how "en la diferencia entre el valor neto contable actual" fits with the bit that comes before it.

As I see it,
The DIFFERENCE between
a)the current net book value (in YYY) and
b) the purchase price (in ZZZ)
is GREATER.
As a result of this greater difference (>depreciation base) the tax is lower; and if both companies are taken as one, the tax debt is offset.
I may be wrong, though.
