The delivery/replacement of the boco Articles will take place on site of NOVO NORDISK. The delivery/replacement rhythm is dealt within the changing frequency for each style of garment in Section 3 Item list will be used. Both parties would have additional SOP, which then have agreement on delivery/pick up time and hand over point.

NOVO NORDISK is obliged to purchase the articles installed for it on the day of
the termination of the individual contract is so requested by CWS-boco concerned for the then current value. Each article is for this purpose deemed to have an average useful life of 50/80/150, the current value is calculated from the value when new (50/80/150) according to the real usage from the day of delivery.
