Dans le passage suivant, je ne vois pas comment traduire " liability assessed " :
"The purpose of this contract is to secure consultation services from XXX related to viewing, selecting, transporting and retrieving the artistic works.
All agreements related to the artistic works shall be determined in subsequent separate agreements.
The Incumbent shall not be liable for the methods, means or end product created by the information provided.
Any liability assessed against the incumbent related to the services described shall be limited to the total compensation received by Incumbent under this agreement."
