the management

It depends on the context. The literal translation is "the management," but if it obviously refers to a board and the text will be clearer this way (and a precise translation is not required), "the board" is appropriate.

Hi, wyannie. Assuming that this definitely refers to a board, I would use that word here, in keeping with conventional usage in English.
Note from asker:
Thanks, so in a sentence: "פרוטוקולי דיוני ההנהלה ישלחו לכל חברי ההנהלה" would you use "Management" or "Board"?

agree Shmuel Pfeifel : I think that this sentence still requires the word "management" as managment may also have meetings
