Hebrew term

תוקף של פסק דין

Hebrew to English Other Law: Contract(s) LAW
אני מאשר את ההסכם ונותן לו תוקף של פסק דין.
מצאתי באנגלית and grant it the force of judgement.
אבל זה נשמע נורא.

Thanks everyone. I closed without grading as I didn`t know whom to grade. And BTW somehow I found a similar discussion (but not so detailed) on proz come (through Google) from couple of years ago. Thanks again. Liora

the force of a Judgment (or Court Order).

The phrase is actually the correct one, and it is routinely used in American legal English.
Example sentence:

[I]f the parties wish to have the court’s imprimatur placed on the stipulation so it has the force of a judgment, it must be “so ordered” by a judge of the court.

Hebrew term (edited): נותן לו תוקף של פסק דין

is adopted as the order of the Court

In English, this is said in the passive voice with "settlement" as the subject. (The first part of the sentence should be translated accordingly.) See copious Google results (referenced).
