Disrupting curvature on either the top side or the bottom side is problematic because it interferes with the storage of high-density fiber bales on top of each other, and it promotes *debaling* complications, for example in acetate tow bales.

As I understand it, "debaling" is the process of breaking up the fiber bale for further production. But I can't find the German translation for it.
