Teraz w innym miejscu dokumentu znalazłem dokładnie ten sam fragment tylko że w rozwinięciu:
"If for any reason the transfer and assignment (of intelectual property) referred to in clause AAA is not effective at law the transfer and assignment shall nonetheless be effective in equity and the X hereby declares in such case that the X holds the X’s Rights in Y's Intellectual Property on trust absolutely for Y."
