Uchylona norma PN-81/B03020 [1] dotycząca projektowania posadowienia bezpośredniego budynków zakładała podłoże jako jednorodną półprzestrzeń sprężystą, a konstrukcję jako doskonale wiotką nie przewidując procedury uwzględniania całkowitej sztywności układu nadbudowa – fundament – podłoże gruntowe.
Powinno być ww Eurokodzie 7, ale nie ma w wersji pl, a w ang nie wiem czego szukać :/
Chyba trzeba wybrać slender/frail/flimsy/pliable, ale nie mam pojęcia, które z tych słów.
W każdym razie "wiotki" jest tu przeciwstawieniem "sztywnego".

W pracy analizowano zagadnienie osiadań natychmiastowych fundamentów bezpośrednich.
W stosowanej powszechnie metodzie według PN-81/B-03020 fundament traktuje się jako idealnie wiotki, a rozkład naprężeń w podłożu nie zależy od modułu odkształcenia E i współczynnika Poissona . Taką procedurę obliczania osiadań dopuszcza również Eurokod 7
The present paper discusses an analysis of shallow foundations settlements.
The settlement calculation procedure prescribed by the Polish standard PN-81/B03020 has been widely used by engineers for 30 years. According to the procedure in question, the stress in subsoil is calculated by the corner points method. Here, the settlement of foundation is a sum of settlements of each layer in the active zone. The above procedure is acceptable by Eurocode 7.
