Tabela likwidacyjna i tabela nadawcza to urzędowe dokumenty rosyjskie, sporządzone w celu dokonania reformy uwłaszczeniowej po powstaniu styczniowym. Tabela nadawcza informowała czytelnika o liczbie gospodarstw rolnych we wsi podawała ich właścicieli oraz areał. W oryginale wyszczególniono rubryki: teren zajęty pod budynki, pod pola, pod łąki, pod wygony oraz nieużytki . W tabeli przyjmowano jednostki metryczne rosyjskie ( system metryczny ) . Przy nazwisku gospodarzy mogły widnieć adnotacje o śmierci , przez niezakończenie spraw spadkowych lub brak następcy w latach sprawnych. Otrzymywany przez gospodarza wypis z tabeli nadawczej był dowodem praw własności do ziemi, stąd liczne w okresie międzywojennym przypadki powoływania się na nie w sprawach spadkowych i innych majątkowych ukazu z 19 lutego (2 marca) 1864 roku

Enfranchisement
Copyhold land could be converted into freehold land by the Lord of the Manor. This was done either by including an enfranchisement clause into a deed of conveyance, or by a separate deed of enfranchisement. Enfranchisement transferred the land from the Lord of the Manor to the new owner. The new owner paid a consideration for the transaction.
Many enfranchisements date from the mid-nineteenth century onwards, as the Copyhold Act of 1852 allowed tenants to demand enfranchisement. The Act stated that if the fee simple of the land was conveyed to the tenant, then the copyhold nature of the land was permanently extinguished.

Nie ma na razie - gradu odpowiedzi (biorąc pod uwagę - statystycznie - liczbę ludności ;), ale to zrozumiałe ;).
Fraza z pytania dotyczy charakterystycznej instytucji prawa, funkcjonującej historycznie, a nazwa - została ukuta przez zaborcę rosyjskiego, po rosyjsku. W tym przypadku - kalka - wydaje się uzasadniona i możliwa do zastosowania.
I tu - mamy bardzo imo rozsądne uzasadnienie naszej rosyjskiej koleżanki:

Jestem tu w mniejszości tego portalu, którzy uważają, że odpowiedzialność za tego typu, rzadkie tłumaczenia - należy przenieść na już istniejące, bodaj - byłyby - śladowe, tym bardziej, że - tłumaczenie pochodzi z profesorskiego opracowania, w zbiorach biblioteki uniwersyteckiej w Chicago; niestety, większość tu kwalifikuje poprawność - ilością trafień zwracanych przez jedynie słuszną przeglądarkę.
