I had a lot of trouble with this word sentence, particular this part: "La fijación de la liquidación del contrato". Any suggestions? Spanish to English.
El suministrador-acreedor lleva su contabilidad, conforme a las previsiones del Código de Comercio y legislación mercantil, y de su llevanza regular se infiere y se pacta en este contrato que será bastante para la fijación de la liquidación del contrato, y por lo tanto la fijación del saldo debido, la certificación de crédito líquido expedida por el suministrador- acreedor, en la que consten las facturas y créditos impagados; dicha certificación deberá presentarse ante notario y éste deberá hacer constar que coincide el saldo certificado con el que se deriva de la documentación contable aportada relativa a la materia.
The accrediting supplier maintains their accounts, in compliancewith the provisions of the Commercial Code and commercial legislation. From theregular maintenance of their accounts, it is deduced and agreed upon in the contractthat it will be sufficient to establish the liquidation of the contractand, therefore, the balanced owed, the certification of liquid credit issued bythe accrediting supplier in which the unpaid credits and invoices arerecorded. Said certification must bepresented before a notary public who must attest that the balance certified coincideswith the balance stemming from the accounting documents provided on the matter.

en caso de usar una redacción como la de tu propuesta, el verbo podría ser TO DETERMINE: to determine the settlement of the contract...
pero yo lo parafrasearía sin ese verbo, algo asi:
... it is hereby agreed that [said accounting system/records] shall be sufficient/proper for the settlement of the contract, and...
