כל הכתוב לעיל עשיתי מרצוני הטוב והגמור, בדעה צלולה ומיושבת, בצוואת בריא הקיימת לעלום, שתחול שעה אחת קודם עם פטירתי והכל נעשה באופן היותר מועיל שלא יישאר שום פקפוק וערעור ליורשת ולא לשום אדם מעולם.
