No problem, I also had something else to do :). In short: the translation of "בדעה צלולה ומיושבת" could be "of sound and settled mind" and the translation of "בצוואת בריא" could be "in the will of a healthy person" ...

Is the context something like this?
כל הכתוב לעיל עשיתי מרצוני הטוב והגמור, בדעה צלולה ומיושבת, בצוואת בריא הקיימת לעלום, שתחול שעה אחת קודם עם פטירתי והכל נעשה באופן היותר מועיל שלא יישאר שום פקפוק וערעור ליורשת ולא לשום אדם מעולם.
