"In data XX/XX/XXX 2014 A apprendeva che B era subentrata a C in tutti i rapporti a questa intitolati e riconducibili al Term Sheet".
In alcun modo controparte allega quale sarebbe il titolo del preteso subentro di B in tutti i rapporti riconducibili al Term Sheet."

Dans ce cas, j'ai du mal à traduire "era subentrata" car, au fil des documents, le rapport entre B et C semble parfois s'inverser. Il est donc capital que je saisisse précisément quel rapport il existe réellement entre B et C.

Le requérant demande entre autres :
"Accertare l'inadempimento dell'XX composta da XXXXXX e B (toujours la même), quest'ultima in quanto subentrata a C ."

Ce qui me pose problème, c'est que je ne parviens pas à saisir la logique de la requête.

Asker: Le problème, c'est que la partie adverse indique : "È di tutta evidenza che, non essendo B subentrata nel contratto che costituisce il titolo della pretesa avversaria, (...)". Succéder à ne me semble pas adapté. Peut-on dire que B n'a pas succédé (encore faut-il répéter "à C") dans le contrat ?
