"Landing gear" means the complete strut assembly of each landing gear installed on the Airframe on the “Delivery Date,” as defined in this Agreement (or any replacement for any such landing gear made pursuant to the terms of this Lease) and shall consist of the inner and outer cylinders of the main landing gear and the nose landing gear, including the truck assembly and axles of such landing gear;
