We are in a context of customer churn, loss/retention of customers in telecos and energy compananies. Also, I wonder whether the word "baja" should be translated in the same way or differently all along the given context below:

"Energéticas: características de los clientes proactivos en la baja:"
"La mayoría de los clientes cambian de compañía energética porque han recibido una oferta. A estos clientes no es fácil retenerlos porque lo usual es que no se les puede igualar ese precio.
Sin embargo, existe otro grupo que se marcha sin ser contactados por la competencia. Sobre estos clientes hubiese sido más fácil evitar la baja."

And here is a provisional interpretation:

"Energy companies: characteristics of churn proactive customers."

And at text end:

"It would have been easier avoiding churn in these customers."
