wahlärztlichen Leistung Chefarztbehandlung

German to English Law/Patents Medical: Health Care cooperation agreement
Kooperationsvereinbarung zwischen Reiseveranstalter und Krankenhaus für ausländische Patienten:

In der Vereinbarung soll xxx so gestellt werden, als würde die Abrechnung des Klinikums in der Form der Hauptabteilung zuzüglich der Vergütung der wahlärztlichen Leistung Chefarztbehandlung erbracht werden.

Irgendwie erscheint mir dieser Satz sinnlos - oder ich verstehe einfach nicht, was gemeint ist.
Was bedeutet "die Abrechnung in der Form der Hauptabteilung" "zuzüglich [...] der Leistung Chefarztbehandlung"?
Kann mir jemand helfen?

"optional medical Services" was suggested here for "wahlärztliche Leistungen". "Chefarztbehandlung is the type of this service, so there is nothing wrong with the German - just "Versicherungsdeutsch"

Der Patient vereinbart mit dem Krankenhaus „wahlärztliche Leistungen“ (umgangssprachlich auch „Chefarztbehandlung“ genannt).

the overall quality of the German text is actually pretty good, there are no other sentences that are odd or wrong, no typos - just this one sentence. I am also suspecting that something is missing here....

How is the overall quality? perhaps there's an 'und/oder' missing? 'Wahlärztlichen Leistung' would be the selected physician's and/or head physician treatment fees. Otherwise, I can make no sense of it either.
