affitto vs. locazione
Nel linguaggio corrente si parla quasi sempre di affitto, in realtà però secondo il codice civile si può parlare di affitto soltanto quando l’oggetto del contratto è un bene, sia mobile sia immobile, che ha carattere produttivo, come ad esempio terreni coltivabili ed esercizi commerciali.
Si parla invece di locazione quando l’oggetto del contratto, che anche in questo può essere mobile o immobile, non è un bene produttivo, come ad esempio la casa, l’ufficio, il negozio.
