une suggestion; l'idée étant que si on écoute activement, on se met "entre parenthèses" (du moins c'est comme ça que je l'entends), on se concentre totalement sur la parole de l'autre, sans essayer de préparer une réponse, ou se mettre en avant.

Merci Katia :-) En fait je comprends le concept, mais dans le cadre des "helplines" +la formation à l'écoute. Je ne sais pas s'il y a un terme consacré en français - de plus en anglais "bracket" est nouveau pour moi...
