19. If the prize remains unclaimed 2 months from the date of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes, as it sees fit, in which case the prize winner will not be entitled to any payments or compensation, regardless of the reason for not claiming the prize.

20. The Sponsor will ***make every effort to honour the prizes***. However, we will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier of the prizes or other promotional material or delivery agents.

21. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
