bisher konnte ich nicht herausfinden, was genau mit "embase" hier gemeint ist. Danke!

J'ai pu réaliser tous types de prothèses possibles, de la dent unitaire en passant par le bridge, voir les barres d'Ackermann ou les *bridges transvissés sur embases*.

Inkonsistenz? Vielleicht ist das ein Ausrutscher.
"bridges transvissés sur pilier" kommt häufiger vor. Und ich kann mir nicht recht vorstellen, was es sonst sein soll.

Ja, das schon, das Problem ist nur, laut Kontext sind alle Brücken, um die es hier geht, auf Abutments (piliers) verschraubt. Deshalb weiß ich nicht, was hier das Neue ist. "Embase" kommt an dieser Stelle zum ersten Mal vor.
