Spanish term

título (in arbitration)

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) arbitration proceedings

Discussion

Adrian MM. (X) May 16, 2015:
There are not 2 distinct meanings for título And it is eccentric to suggest posting the same term twice. The only person confused is you.
AllegroTrans May 16, 2015:
There are 2 distinct meanings for "titulo" here in each of the paragraphs. All 3 responders so far have been confused by this. Asker, you really need to ask this as 2 separate questions.

3 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Although I agree that leaving it out makes sense in the first instance, I found it difficult to do so in the others, so I thought this a good option"

leave it out

It doesn't add anything to the sentence. Just say "the legal and factual basis of the claim".
