Ho difficoltà a capire come tradurre "team delivery" in questa frase. Il contesto è quello del project management.

Sarebbe utile avere maggior constesto per essere certi, ma trattandosi di una struttura piramidale, credo il delivery stia ad indicarare la performance degli agenti. Questa espressione è fra l'altro molto usata in contesti aziendali, e potrebbe essere un'interpretazione.
