child welfare
This is the title of an art poster that won a competition.
I was thinking of calling it "Save Life" but then I thought that maybe "Preserve Life" is better.
The following link shows a photo of the work: http://poiskdetei.ru/v-moskve-proshel-festival-socialnoj-rek...
It's the second photo in the article - the yellow poster with the black gun and a slogan.
I would appreciate some suggestions from other translators.

Save a Life
I think adding the indefinite article makes it work. If you think it should be "life" in general, you could make it plural: "Save lives", but I don't like that as much.

preserve life
I think preserve is better than save

: Would agree but for this definition of life preserver (Wikipedia): Life Preserver (also hyphenated Life-preserver), a short, often weighted club intended for self-defense. So maybe a bit ambiguous, might be taken as meaning "Carry a gun for self-defense"

I think this picture implies something like that. Hope it will help. Good luck!

Go Pro-Life
Pro-Life - that's what they call this movement/ option/ viewpoint in the US these days:

The verb "go" makes it sound like a slogan.
It is not such a literal translation as "Save a Life" (which works, too), but I think it renders the meaning well and evokes the right response/ associations from readers.
