The exact content of this 'job ticket' may determine the best translation solution in FR.
Normally, it contains information about the production of some specific article, order, etc. Another term commonly used for something along the same lines is a 'works order'. Otfne the 'ticket' accompanies the 'job' as it passes through the various stages of 'production', for purposes of traceability, quality checking, etc.

It is important to note that this document is inteded for tracking a specific 'job' — i.e. piece of work being done; it has nothing to do with 'job' in the sense of employment. In that sense, quite apart from the context here being different, one would not find the term 'ticket' (which is to some extent used in the same way as 'bon' in FR)
In fact, 'bon de production' or 'fiche de production' might be possible solutions — though I fear that the latter could breed ambiguity, since it is rather too close to a 'gamme'; there again, if this 'job ticket' is in fact akin to a 'route sheet' (qv), it might even be possible to refer to it as a g'amme' — Asker really needs to find out a bit more about the context and exactly what this document comprises.

Fair enough, sometimes there are clues that can be gleaned from elsewhere in the text, but it doesn't sound as if you'll be lucky here! But I guess the source term is realtively general in the way it is being used here, so something fairly general will be suitable in EN too — unless the specific company happens to have their own jargon in EN too!

But here, I suspect this document is a much earlier and more 'umbrella' document — the bàt will probably be signed off by someone else (and in any case, almost certainly generated by the production department itself, for approval by this post or their delegate).

A 'ticket' means some kind of document — other words used in EN may be note, docket, slip, etc., corresponding in some contexts to 'bon' in FR (cf. 'bon de livraison' etc.)
So 'ticket' here corresponds to 'ordre' — both the notion of a 'commande' and the physical manifestation as a 'bon de commande'.
The 'lancement' but comes into the 'production' — the underlying idea is 'permission to start production'.
