Esta es la definición:
Assists are goods and/or services in addition to the transaction value of the imported merchandise. To be treated as an assist, the goods or services must be supplied directly or indirectly by the buyer, provided free of charge or at a reduced cost. They must be for use in connection with the production or sale for export of the merchandise. If these items are already included in the invoice price of the goods, then they do not have to be separately identified.
