Dazu gehören auch Touchpoints, die nicht unternehmenseigen sind (z.B. Blogs, Communities oder Social Media), wo sich Nutzer aber über Unternehmen, Marken und Produkte untereinander austauschen.
Eventuell könnte auch (non) proprietary verwendet werden, wenn es beispielsweise um RFID/NFC-Karten für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel oder Airlines geht. Bei denen nicht alle Geräte unternehmenseigen sind bzw. eine gemeinsame Infrastruktur für unterschiedliche Firmen genutzt wird.
Ich denke da mal an die (neutralen) Bordkartendrucker an verschiedenen Flughäfen, die die Bordkarten nicht im Airline-Design drucken, sondern auf Papier der Betriebsgesellschaft des Abflughafens. (Weiß aber gar nicht, ob es so etwas noch gibt).
Also proprietary in Abgrenzung zu common use.
