English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Dans un contrat de construction :

"Property in materials stored off site shall pass to the Contractor upon the execution of a Vesting Certificate in an approved format."

Ce n'est finalement qu'une "attestation de transfert de propriété", mais en cherchant la définition en anglais, j'ai vu que cela ciblait vraiment le secteur de la construction, y a-t-il un terme particulier en français ?
