I can tell you what a bailment is, though not the precise term in Russian. The possessor of goods (bailee) that are deposited by someone (a bailor) has the right to keep the goods if either money he has lent for them is not returned, or charges for storage are not paid. Bringing goods to a pawn shop and borrowing money is a bailment. So is leaving your watch or car at a repair shop: if you don't return for it after the repairs are done, the shop keeps the watch or your car. This text does not precisely state what the terms of this bailment are, but I suspect the "supplier is late in accepting the products" will be responsible for paying the bailee for storing the goods that must be stored due to his lateness.
